This endeavor, known as Webster Village, is a joint initiative involving Givens Communities, Western Carolina University, and Mountain Projects of Sylva. Their vision encompasses the creation of 211-237 housing units in close proximity to the Webster community within Jackson County. The initial blueprints outline the establishment of three distinct housing clusters, catering to a diverse range of occupants.
This unified endeavor has been made possible through substantial financial backing from Dogwood Health Trust. Notably, Givens Estates will take a leading role in the segment of the partnership that is dedicated to serving seniors within the community.
