Jackson County property owners can now do all of their property tax filing from the comfort of their own home. Instead of having to drive to the tax office or post office, property owners can now submit their yearly listing electronically. This new time-saving option is now available because the county recently purchased new computer software for the tax office. The new program also allows owners to electronically request an extension.
