Jackson County man is facing an assortment of charges in connection to a traffic stop turned high-speed police chase. According to police reports, Carl Logan Luker, of Tuckasegee, fled when a deputy attempted to pull him over for traffic violations prompting a pursuit along U.S. 74. When Luker was finally apprehended he was found with almost 11 ounces of meth. Bond was set at $250,000 for the 42 year old fleeing felon.
