In a weekend update, the Macon County Sheriff’s Office’s Special Victims Unit confirmed that a child sex abuse investigation has led to the arrest of a Haywood Christian Academy employee. Evan Jordan Jensen, who also is a former Macon County youth pastor, was charged with one felony count of indecent liberties with a child and was released on a $20,000 bond. His next court date is set for February 9th.
