Cullowhee, N.C. – The adage and perhaps more apropos in recent years, the hashtag of Start Fast and Finish Strong easily could describe Saturday’s first scrimmage for Western Carolina as the Catamounts took to the turf of E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field for its eighth practice session.
