Cullowhee, N.C. – Western Carolina football and head coach Kerwin Bell got a jumpstart on Wednesday’s traditional National Signing Day, welcoming 17 student-athletes at the start of the spring semester in mid-January. The Catamounts will continue to add to the roster throughout the day on Feb. 5.
