Terry Millsaps spent $50 on a $10 Million Spectacular ticket from Times Turn Around in Belmont. The ticket earned him the top prize.
Millsaps had to choose between receiving a $500,000 annuity over 20 years or taking a lump sum of $6 million. He chose the annuity.
Two $10M prizes, five $1M prizes, and six $100,000 prizes remain in the game.
