ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Western Carolina men’s basketball opened a busy three games in six days on the wrong end of a 78-61 decision to mountain rival UNC Asheville on Saturday afternoon from Kimmel Arena. Redshirt sophomore Marcus Kell tallied 11 points to lead the way as junior Vernon Collins had 10 for the Catamounts.
