Chattanooga, Tenn. — For the first time in program history, the Western Carolina women’s tennis team is advancing to the Southern Conference tournament semifinals after picking up a 4-0 win over the Mercer Bears. Jade Groen became the all-time doubles leader with the 45th of her career as the Catamounts earned the doubles point and singles wins on courts one, five, and two to seal the match.
