Greensboro, N.C. – Freshman Tina Bowers led a Western Carolina comeback bid against UNC Greensboro on Sunday afternoon, scoring 12 of her career-high 14 points in the 22-point fourth quarter for the Catamounts, but the team’s late-game push fell just short as the Spartans claimed the 55-46 win.
