This month, Dustin Loyd “Cash” Smith, 39, in Cherokee County Superior Court admitted to:

• Possession with intent to manufacture, sale and distribute methamphetamine. During a traffic stop on March 14, 2019, Cherokee County deputies found a clear baggie containing the drug.

• Two counts possess firearm by felon.

• First-degree burglary. On March 29, 2019, Smith broke into a garage in Murphy and stole tools.

• Possession of stolen motor vehicle on March 28, 2019.

• Robbery with dangerous weapon. On May 18, 2019, Smith admitted stealing a 2010 Kawasaki Ninja.
