DRAKE is all over Billboard’s latest Hot 100 chart. He has 24 songs on it . . . meaning that nearly a quarter of the chart is HIM. That’s a new record for the most simultaneous entries.
Drake also held the previous record of 20, which he did back in May of last year when “Views” came out.
He had 22 songs from his new album “More Life” debut on the chart this week, which gives him a career total of 154. That’s the most for a solo artist, and second-most overall behind the cast of “Glee”, which charted 207 songs.
Lil Wayne is now third with 135, followed by Elvis Presley in fourth with 108.
Despite Drake’s Hot 100 dominance, ED SHEERAN’s hit “Shape of You” is #1 for the ninth week. (Hit up Billboard.com for more.)
Speaking of Drake, he canceled his show in the Netherlands last night, because he was sick, and his doctor supposedly advised him not to go on. The arena was already full, and so the promoter had to come out and break the bad news.
