Jessica Ray is a native of Jackson County born and raised in Dillsboro. She graduated from Smoky Mountain High School in 2004 and moved to Charlotte where she attended Carolina School of Broadcasting. After graduation she worked at 106.5 WEND/Clear Channel for several years before returning to Dillsboro to be the new Program Director and Operations Manager for 540 AM WRGC.
